Sign in with Microsoft to connect Outlook or Microsoft 365, then run a scan on the mail you already have — nothing to forward, nothing to type in.
Sigbot reads the signatures
Each sender's name, title, company, phone, and location is extracted and merged into one clean contact, deduplicated by email address.

Caller ID on your iPhone
Turn on Caller ID in the iPhone app and your contacts' names show on incoming calls, so you know who's calling before you pick up.
